Banana Smoothie

Heres a nice little recipe for a delicious banana smoothie that can be made in a hurry! enjoy this as a afternoon treat or even as a pre-workout booster!

Banana smoothie

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 0 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
2 cups reduced-fat milk
2 bananas, chopped
1/2 cup low-fat yoghurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon wheatgerm
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Method:
1. Blend ingredients until smooth.

Options:

I like to add ice to the blender (approx. 4 cubes) to chill the smoothy.
